* We ship all our products through Registered Express International Services like DHL/Fedex/Armax with Tracking. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days- working days.

* We can arrange 4-6 business days shipping for an extra fee with the Priority courier service like FedEx Priority & DHL Priority with Tracking.

* We suggest Multiple Purchases as Shipping gets cheaper and if possible we will also offer some Discount on the price on some products if asked before purchasing.

* Please note that some countries incur Custom Duties, Excise Duty or Import Tax on international inbound shipments. These charges are as per the law of the land of the particular country and have to be paid by the consignee at the customs or to the courier delivery company.

* Rest assure for best care of Products and packaging, we make packets in best possible manner as per courier rules.

Full Refund.......

Although we try to satisfy our customers but if any dissatisfaction will arise due to damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered, we will accept the Returns and Refund the item's selling price. Return Shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

It is advisable that Item must be returned within next 2 days from the day it reaches customer.

It Would be Appreciable if you contact us if you find the item is not as described due to mistake or damage while in shipping. Please provide a photo as proof of damage or any other disruptions in the product and we will definitely replace the product or provide you with the refund of the product price after the item are sent back to our India office.

If the item is lost in transit then we will sent you new item similar to it (as no item is exactly the same due to its handmade and vintage nature).
